1960s bookmatched walnut buffet with Italian calacatta gold marble top designed by Florence Knoll. The cabinet has its original finish and the top is free of chips and scratches. The two sets of double doors open to reveal an adjustable shelf. The top two drawers on both sides are segmented with oak dividers and are felt lined. The back edge of the unit is designed so that the cabinet will sit flush against the wall without touching the baseboard. This is an uncommonly seen residential example and was acquired from the original owner who was a notable Texas architect.
Shows very little signs of use.
