Named by the New York Times as an outstanding artist of the mid-20th century, David A. Rhodes (1933-2019) was an award-winning Artist, Author, and Woodworker from Absecon, NJ.
This acrylic on-board painting titled “Trees in the Moonlight” is an exceptional example of his Abstract Expressionist Style. Signed in Pencil on Verso and dated 1965.
Condition: Good. Wear consistent with age and use. The frame shows signs of wear. The painting has never been cleaned.
