Betto Lotti Clown Poster c. 1925
This original linen-backed Musique Instruments Rennes stone lithograph circa 1925 has been beautifully custom framed and mounted. Lotti only created a few posters during his career and the “Lotti Clown” as this image has come to be called is his best known. Sitting perched on the grand piano this mime clutches a number of various musical instruments. The instruments shown are examples of what the Bossard-Bonnel Company of Rennes France had to offer in the 1920’s. Poster measures 43″ wide x 62″ high.
