Description
These arch-back club chairs were designed by Edward Axel Roffman and commissioned in the 1960s by Atlas Steel in Chicago. This design was typically made with wood legs but these examples are constructed with solid polished flat bar stainless steel and have been reupholstered in new smooth Spinneybeck olive green leather.
They are extraordinarily well made, very substantial, and quite comfortable. Reminiscent of the Florence Knoll Parallel bar series but better quality.
Good condition, reupholstered. Some normal wear to metal bases.
Sold as a set.
