Mid-century modern Wormley Executive Desk for Dunbar.
Early production green label executive desk Model #5265. The desk has two drop leaves that open to create a larger workspace and was advertised in a catalog as a multipurpose desk that could also convert to a dining table. A very functional mid-century modern desk which includes a pencil drawer, slideouts, and open display compartments on the back side. Circa 1950.
extends to 96″.
Good condition. Refinished to the highest possible standard. Brass polished and lacquered. One faint cigarette burn on the top under the lacquer. Looks like part of the graining.
