Collection of three rare Jane Knight textile sculptures she referred to as “Hangies” The one with the large maple beads was used as part of an advertising campaign with her daughter. (See image) This one was part of her own personal collection along with the braided one. The one with bells was part of a private collection in Chicago. They look extraordinary as a grouping. Reminiscent of a crocheted Ruth Asawa Sculpture. Jane Knight was a master of fiber art sculpture and bridged the gap between fine art and craft.
