Description
Johnny Friedlaender’s etching from 1955, printed on BFK Rives paper, depicts a nude female fixing her hair in the shower. This work is documented in the self-titled book depicting his oeuvre on page 22. This work is pencil signed by the artist in the lower right corner and reads Gravé l’artiste, which translates as Artist’s Engraving, meaning that this piece was specially created by the artist himself and is outside of the Edition of 60. This would be a great work to hang in a bathroom or bedroom.
