Description

This is an early pair of Eero Saarinen designed grasshopper chairs produced by Knoll in the 1950s. One of these chairs belonged to an Architect who was employed at Eero Saarinen and Associates, so they chair could actually have been sat in by Saarinen himself. The ottoman is vintage as well. Truly a rare pair with the matching vintage ottoman.

All 3 pieces have been fully restored with aniline dye, satin lacquer, new webbing, foam, and high-grade Perennials gray velvet
